A flat shipping fee of $3.99 USD is charged for every single order placed on the Songsalu store. This fixed shipping cost applies to all valid orders, regardless of the number of items purchased, order weight, or order subtotal. No additional hidden shipping surcharges will be added to standard orders.
3. Shipping Coverage & Exclusions
The flat $3.99 shipping rate covers standard shipping service for regular orders. For oversized, overweight items or remote area deliveries that require special shipping arrangements, we reserve the right to contact customers to adjust the shipping fee or cancel the order after prior notification.
Free shipping promotions are occasionally available during store sales or holiday events. Once a free shipping offer is activated, the fixed $3.99 shipping fee will be automatically waived for orders that meet the promotion requirements.
4. Order Processing & Delivery
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping delivery time typically ranges from 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country/region and local logistics efficiency. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Songsalu reserves the right to update and adjust this shipping policy without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our store website. The shipping fee rule confirmed at the time of order placement shall prevail for individual orders.
